No-one really wants to think about their funeral, but making your funeral decisions beforehand will save your family a huge amount of emotional and financial stress ‘when the time comes’.

Besides the paperwork, there are many things to consider when planning a funeral.

If you have not already preplanned/prepaid your funeral, the first question your family will be asked is whether you will be buried or cremated. Hopefully they make the right decision!

What about a service venue, perhaps no service at all, or maybe a memorial celebration later?

A coffin needs to be chosen, then there are further decisions/choices to be made including flowers, music, pallbearers, photo tributes, memorial cards, newspaper notices, and more.

These decisions are all made when you pre-plan, or pre-pay (which includes pre-plan) your own funeral.

There are numerous options available, and your local Taylor and Forgie Funerals funeral director, Louise Michael, can help you with any queries.

If you would like to see Louise, or have her visit you at your home, please call 8862 2101 to make an appointment.
